• All prices are per person and net prices in Euro

• The hotel categories in Spain are often not up to international standard and guests should be aware of this in terms of facilities, location and service restrictions

• Current information about the hotels is available through our company
  Discounts for children on request

• Local taxes and VAT are included in the price

• Cancellation fees for groups:
  • Until 30 days before the trip without charge
  • Payment terms 29 days to 15 days before the arrival we need 10% of the amount
  • 14 days to 8 days before the arrival 25%
  • 8 days to 2 days before the arrival 50%
  • 1 day before the arrival 100%

• In certain cases the hotels can charge a early cancellation fee in Madrid this is almost always the case

• Reservation confirmation depends on payments to hotels

• All payments needs to be done two to three weeks before arrival and must bee done at least 5 working days prior to arrival by transferring money to our account
